Our products are not appropriate for acute traumatic injuries, confirmed full tendon or muscle tears, post-surgical cases inside the first 8 weeks, or confirmed neural pathology. If any of these apply, do not use our products. See a clinician in person.
Exercise and rehabilitation activities carry inherent risk of injury. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use the Service at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and ability to safely perform any movement in our protocols. If you experience pain that is sharp, sudden, or worsening, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, modify, or create derivative works from our products. You may not use our products to train any machine learning model. All content remains our property.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed by our third-party providers (ThriveCart and Stripe). By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
We offer a 30-day refund as described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of that policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access areas of the Service you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
