Run the protocol for 30 days. If your elbow isn't measurably better, email us and we refund every cent.
This guarantee applies to all front-end protocol purchases from Im Hurt Now What LLC, including Unf*ck Your Elbow and other IHNW body-part protocols.

We'll process the refund through ThriveCart and Stripe. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
The 30 days starts on the date of purchase, not the date you start the protocol. Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase will not be honored.
You keep the protocol files. We don't ask you to delete anything. We do remove you from any active customer email lists and you lose access to any ongoing product updates.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, email us first. We will honor the refund. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us bypasses this process and may result in your forfeiture of access to future Im Hurt Now What LLC products.
If you also purchased order bumps or upsells at checkout (such as the Training Modifications guide or the Loading Back system), the same 30-day refund applies. Refunds for upsells are processed separately from the main protocol.
